Monday - Friday 

Up to 300 guests: $5,500

Up to 350 guests: $6,500

Up to 400 guests : $7,500

Includes up to 8 hours of setup, 6 hours of event time, 1 hour cleanup 

All WEEKDAY events must start after 5:30 PM
 


Saturdays & Sundays 

Up to 300 guests: $6,500

Up to 350 guests: $7,500

Booking without a catering package


A $1000.00 refundable security / damage deposit is due at the contract signing
please note: we cannot hold dates without a deposit and the signed contract

50% of the rental total is due at 90 before the event

The remaining balance is due at least two (2) weeks before the event date

In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
If we are able to rebook the same date, 50% of fees paid will be refunded.



Prices subject to change without notice. Prices are locked in once contract has been signed and approved.

- Music & events must end no later than midnight & vacate premises by 1:00 AM
